1. What grade levels is the program for?
Grades 1–5.

Projects are the same for all students in the class but adapted to each child’s abilities. For example, if we are painting a cat, older students may draw it themselves, while younger students will have the option to trace.

2. What kinds of crafts will students create?
Students participate in a variety of hands-on projects, including seasonal and themed crafts, as well as skill-building activities such as painting, sculpting with model magic, paper crafts, collage making, yarn projects and more.

3. Are the projects predetermined?
Yes, all 6-week programs are pre-planned with a balanced mix of techniques and mediums.

4. How long is each session?
30–40 minutes for lunch programs, 45–60 minutes for after-school programs.

5. How often do the programs run?
6-week programs with fixed start dates (Fall, Winter, Spring). Schools pick the day and time.

6. What if a class falls on a holiday or PA day?
We’ll schedule a make-up session the week following the last class on the same day.

7. What materials are required from the school?
None! We provide everything.

8. How many students can participate?
Min 10 – Max 20 students per session for a high-quality experience.

9. Who supervises the program?
A trained instructor leads each session. Additional helpers, teachers, or older student volunteers (gr 7 and up) are welcome.

10. How do students sign up?
We provide registration forms and a system, or schools can manage sign-ups themselves.

11. Is there a cost to the school?
No—programs are parent-funded. Schools provide space and help inform parents of the program.

12. School-funded programs?
Please contact us to discuss options.

13. Are instructors background-checked?
Yes, all instructors have a Vulnerable Sector Check and Standard First Aid with CPR-C.

14. How much space is needed?
We require a classroom, library, or multipurpose room with tables and chairs large enough to accommodate the number of kids registered. Access to a sink in the same room is highly recommended and needed for cleanup after the class.

15. Do you need prep/cleanup time?
Yes—30 minutes to set up and 15-20 minutes to clean up.

16. How do we get started?
Contact us to book a program. We’ll call to discuss all details and next steps.
